Main Duties: I was the face of TUI UK in four mainline hotels and answered guests queries daily I delivered welcome meetings and advised guests what excursions TUI had to offer I kept guests up to date with promotional offers that TUI had to offer during their stay and promoted these offers daily I was responsible for large amounts of money which I cashed in weekly and always ensured that this was accurate with no mistakes I resolved complaints independently using my own initiative and complaint resolving skills I was trusted with a company car and independently drove through the island of KOS Time keeping was essential and i was always on time for my guests and hotels I trained a new starter and introduced them to my hoteliers and ensured a smooth handover FEVER NIGHTCLUB [2016] I worked as a bartender and floor VIP hostess at the busiest nightclub in town NATIONAL GRID GAS EMERGENCY SERVICE [2011 - 2016] I worked in the Customer Centre, answering hundreds of gas emergency calls daily. I would reassure customers and provide critical safety advice to the public who were in vulnerable and life threatening situations. I remained professional with a confident, calm and friendly telephone manner at all times. I was then promoted to the Enquiries team, where i enjoyed investigating using a number of systems to find resolutions. I was then promoted to Complaints which was a highly rewarding role, as i was passionate about turning customer's negative experiences into a positive, and went above and beyond for each customer. I was then promoted to Supervisor of the Customer Centre, where i was responsible for monitoring Standards of Service, and managing the staff in the Customer Centre. BADGERS MOUNT HOTEL AND RESTAURANT [2010 - 2015] I enjoyed being delegated many responsibilities at Badgers Mount as i worked there for many years and was trusted with different job roles. If a certain department was understaffed, i could switch job roles quickly and efficiently to meet business needs. This included reception duties, waitressing, kitchen assistant, and bartender.
